1. About These Terms

These terms apply to the AN Plumbing & Heating website and to the plumbing and heating work we carry out. AN Plumbing & Heating is based at 253 Marton Road, Middlesbrough TS4 2EY, and is Gas Safe registered (Reg No. 925984).

2. Using Our Website

The information on this website is for general guidance. We work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not replace advice from an engineer who has seen your system in person.

3. Quotes and Prices

We confirm the price with you on the phone or before any work begins. If we find something unexpected once work has started, we will explain it and agree any extra cost with you before we carry on. We do not charge a travel fee within our service area.

4. Parts and Warranties

Boilers and parts are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty and terms. Most manufacturers require an annual service by a Gas Safe registered engineer to keep the warranty valid.

5. Safety

If we find a gas appliance that is unsafe, we are required to follow the Gas Safe Register’s unsafe situations procedure. This may mean turning off or disconnecting the appliance, with your permission, until it is repaired.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
